Are consultations really free?
Yes. We will never charge for the first 20-minute consultation — even if you choose not to book treatment. We believe medical aesthetics should start with informed consent, not a credit-card form.
Who actually performs the treatments?
Every injectable treatment is performed by a clinically qualified, GMC- or NMC-registered practitioner under prescriber supervision. We share the named prescriber's credentials at your consultation.
Are you the same as the American "SkinMedica" skincare brand?
No — and we make this clear deliberately. SkinMedica® is a US cosmeceutical brand owned by AbbVie/Allergan. We are Skin Medica Clinic Birmingham, a UK aesthetic studio. We're not affiliated; the names happen to be similar.
What if I'm not happy with my result?
Every treatment includes a complimentary 2-week review. If a tweak is clinically appropriate, it's included. If something genuinely went wrong, we hold full clinical indemnity (Hamilton Fraser) and our complaints process meets Save Face standards.
